Our client is actively expanding in Cape Town and is looking for a results focused Sales and Account Manager, who has a an entrepreneurial spirit to proactively grow their business.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Tertiary Qualification
- **Minimum 3 years Fresh/Frozen FMCG Account Management experience**:

- Commercial experience
- HoReCa background
- Passionate about the finding gaps in the market
- Hands - on, practical individual, technical problem solver
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Target driven, self-starter, pragmatic
- Roll up your sleeves -attitude
- Able to work alone
- Driver’s license and own car

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying new business opportunities
- Acquire and onboard new stockists
- Build, maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Ensure all clients are sufficiently stocked, plan and forecast replenishments
- Build and plan a regular merchandising route plan
- Following up on outstanding payments
- Creating and presenting monthly sales reports
- Ensure all KPI’s and targets are met
- New product launches
- Provincial travelling to visit all customers on a regular basis
