Record customer information correctly and direct to the appropriate banker or department.

Monitor customers at the reception area and banking hall and intervene with unhappy or irate customers immediately.

Understand the risks associated with the customer demand and adhere to all risk and compliance requirements when executing on demand.

Facilitate the resolution of client service requests e.g. those relating to the collection of cards, PIN issues, EAP limits and beneficiaries etc.

Identify migration and cross sell opportunities and ensure all leads are logged correctly in the presence of the customer to drive the increase of reactive sales.

Record and update history notes and new service requests correctly to ensure an accurate customer database and easy resolution within agreed timelines.

Maintain all promotional displays and information pamphlets as required.

Orders stationery for relevant departments and receptionist area timeously.

Accept delivery of security documents (Mounties Bags) and hand to the applicable department for action.

Monitor the neatness and tidiness of banking hall throughout the day to project a professional image.

Conduct electronic criminal background screening against the South African Police Service (SAPS) database, primarily for pre-employment purposes for various companies. The service is offered by appointment and facilitated through MIE using their online booking system. (MIE - Managed Integrity Evaluation (Pty) Ltd).

**Salary**: From R5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Branch banking/administration/enquiries/query management.: 1 year (required)
