Sales Support Administrator

The role may include but is not limited to
- Sales project documentation.
- Issuing internal project handover instructions to the cross functional teams,
- meeting minute-taking, etc.
- Updating sprint boards with the necessary information.
- Performing calendar management, traffic management/project coordination
- duties (where required).
- Cost estimate preparation.
- Facilitating the client invoicing process.
- Debtors support (following up on client payment dates).

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 with Administration Diploma/Project Management Diploma or similar is advantageous.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years Sales Support Administration experience, supporting a sales team of at least 4 across different locations.
- Driver’s license and own transport (advantageous)
- Experience in project coordination would be highly advantageous.
- CRM system experience; Zoho and Trello experience is highly advantageous.
- Must be proficient in G-Suite/MS Office; and have excellent Google Sheets/Excel skills.

**Salary**: Up to R20,000.00 per month
