The Spa Group Trainer will be responsible for overseeing the training and development programs for a group of 15 spa's within the organization. They will ensure that all spa staff members receive proper training, adhere to company standards, and consistently deliver exceptional service to guests. The Spa Group Trainer will work closely with the Spa Directors and other stakeholders to create and implement training strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Beauty Therapy Qualification (ITEC/ Cidesco)
- Minimum 4 Years experience as a Spa Trainer or Brand Trainer
- Strong knowledge of spa services, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively train and engage a diverse group of employees.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Own Transport
- ESP experience would be a bonus

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for spa staff members across multiple locations
- Conduct on-site training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge of spa employees.
- Train new hires on company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Assess training needs and develop training materials accordingly.
- Collaborate with Spa Directors to identify areas for improvement and develop training plans to address any performance gaps.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and results.
- Maintain training records and documentation of training activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in spa services to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to spa staff members, answering questions and addressing concerns related to training.
- Conduct regular evaluations and performance assessments of spa staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process for spa staff members, as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Operations, to ensure consistency in training and development efforts.
- Stay informed about any changes in company policies, procedures, or service offerings and communicate relevant updates to spa staff members.
- Assess industry trends and market demands in order to create new and exciting spa treatments/promotions

The Spa Group Trainer will play a critical role in ensuring that all spa staff members receive the necessary training and support to excel in their roles. They will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our spa group by maintaining high standards of service excellence throughout the organization.
