**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
The incumbent is responsible for handling all statutory compliance functions, general administration, as well as providing assistance
to the Group Company Secretary.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensuring that all entities in the NWK group comply with all relevant statutory provisions, King IV and the Generally Accepted

indirectly to the NWK group of companies;
- Ensuring development, implementation, management and maintenance of compliance risk management programmes for the

NWK group of companies;
- Providing training to all personnel in the NWK group in respect of objective law as a whole, which includes identifying training

and awareness needs, designing training courses, followed by ensuring assessment of course attendees;
- Monitoring the compliance of the NWK group, in line with South African legislation, as well as any other country where the NWK

group conducts business, which includes the use of adequate, consistent and substantive reviews to determine if controls are
properly executed;
- Assisting with routine monitoring in collaboration with the Assurance Services Department and reporting compliance and non
- compliance to the relevant forum within the NWK group;
- Reporting to management, as well as the Social and Ethics Committee in consultation with the Group Company Secretary of

NWK Limited; as well as
- Supporting the Group Company Secretary with any fundamental transactions and administrative tasks necessary.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
Management / Internal Audit, or a CPrac designation from the Compliance Institute of South Africa.
- At least two years' relevant experience;
- Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal).

**VERANTWOORDELIKHEDE**:

voldoeningspraktyk-beginsels, wat die identifisering van alle tersaaklike statutêre bepalings wat ʼn direkte of indirekte toepassing
op die NWK-groep het, insluit;
- Ontwikkeling, implementering, bestuur en byhou van voldoeningsrisikobestuursprogramme vir die NWK-groep maatskappye;
- Verskaffing van opleiding aan alle personeel in die NWK-groep ten opsigte van die objektiewe reg in geheel, wat insluit die

identifisering van opleidings
- en bewusmakingsbehoeftes, die ontwerp van opleidingskursusse en die assesserings van
kursusgangers;
- Monitering van die voldoening van die NWK-groep aan Suid-Afrikaanse wetgewing, asook alle wetgewing van elke land waarmee

die NWK-groep sake doen, wat gebruikmaking van toereikenheids-, konsekwentheids
- en substantiewe resensies insluit, ten einde
te bepaal of kontroles behoorlik uitgevoer word;
- Verlening van bystand met roetinemonitering in samewerking met die departement Gerusstellingsdienste, wat insluit om die NWK- groep se voldoening en nie-voldoening onder die aandag van die betrokke rapporteringsforum van die NWK-groep te bring;
- Rapportering aan bestuur, asook die maatskaplike en etiese komitee in oorleg met die groepmaatskappysekretaris; asook
- Ondersteuning van die groepmaatskappysekretaris met enige fundamentele transaksies en nodige administratiewe take.

**MINIMUM VEREISTES**:

- Die geskikte kandidaat moet ten minste in besit wees van ʼn regsgraad (LLB, BCom Regte, BJuris of BProk), ʼn honneursgraad in

risikobestuur / interne oudit, of ʼn CPrac-aanwysing van die Nakomingsinstituut van Suid-Afrika.
