**Purpose & Overall Relevant for the Organisation**:
- Directly contribute to the growth, elevation and activation of all retail channels (Own Retail, Franchise and Wholesale), by planning, developing and enabling exceptional consumer experiences, campaign activations and in-store / mall activations across Emerging Markets.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and be the point of contact for brand HUB functions in the local office.
- Pre-season and in-season retail calendar planning support and management
- Drive market campaign prioritization with brand leadership per season
- Manage market category, local, cultural, and commercial moments mapping seasonally.
- Create and define market DTC and WHS calendars in line with Global & EM Brand Planning.
- Manage the creation of market relevant VM principles and directives by retail concept per campaign.
- Manage preseason VM guidance in collaboration with CTC and DTC Merchandising
- Create and lead the VM Champ framework and activation.
- Develop and secure tactical VM & ISC tools to drive efficiency in planning and execution, delivering impactful consumer experiences at scale.
- Manage the planning and creation of retail activations and brand / commercial campaigns including local tools development.
- Develop best practice processes, standards and operational plans for all doors to support the implementation of ISC standards and guidelines.
- Provide detailed input on ISC mapping per campaign.
- Manage the digital content mapping on the consumer journey per campaign.
- In collaboration with horizontal comms brief and create seasonal commercial and promotional toolkits to support clusters net sales ambitions.
- Manage campaign activation reporting per campaign within the E2E process
- Concept and consumer experience management
- Manage new and renovated store opening layouts and planning
- Manage capacity planning for all new stores in collaboration with country clusters
- Provide recommendation on all fixture and fitting ordering
- Enable close collaboration with market and cluster SD, VM planning / execution teams
- Manage external agencies and any centralization models impacting retail

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Strong leadership enabling team engagement and development within a high-performance environment
- Leading and managing a diverse team (incl. remote management) and the local Brand HUB team
- Strong presentation/communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders within a global matrix organization.
- Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions and support functions, as well as different organizational levels (Global, Market, Country cluster)
- Strong industry knowledge, across divisions—footwear, apparel and accessories
- Budget management
- Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
- Experience across Global, market and country organization preferred
**Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications**:
- University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
- 8+ years of Sales, Marketing and/or communication experience
- 4+ years of experience of leading a team
