About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Range Development Manager to join our team at adidas, focusing on delivering sales growth aspirations for EMS while sustainably growing profitability and market share for the Originals category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CTC Director to develop and define the Originals product strategy, including lifecycle management, for the local market.
  • Collaborate with direct reports to deliver a compelling range/concept selection for EMS, balancing local consumer, global brand, and commercial considerations, and supporting the overall business strategy of the channels.
  • Lead the GTM process to engage channels and customers and build a strong viable product mix by managing pricing, margin, and product mix.
  • Deliver net sales and profitability by managing pricing and product mix, and owning product demand forecasting that accurately reflects customer and consumer demand.
  • Conduct seasonal analysis of the marketplace to understand trends, competitor product assortments, and pricing, and drive cluster range enhancements that meet local needs and reflect differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of product data available to the business via the pricing matrix, and conduct monthly analysis of sell-through performance and make adjustments to the range where necessary.
  • Support seasonal Brand Activations by aligning with the BA/Omni team on Marketing plans, communication tools, and activation tools, and provide sports marketing support to ensure partners get access to the best of adidas.

Requirements:

  • University degree (Marketing/Business) and/or a minimum of 7+ years equivalent professional experience
  • People Leadership experience for a minimum of 3 years
  • Fluent in English

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience.
