Assessment Toolbox, one of the largest privately owned assessment companies in South Africa with offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town and East London specialising in psychometric assessments, job profiling, job grading and organisational development.

We are keen to expand our team with Psychometrists. As a Psychometrist, you will primarily be responsible for writing integrated reports for our diverse range of clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our team of psychologists and consultants to understand client objectives and assessment needs.
- Utilize your psychometric knowledge and analytical skills to interpret assessment results and data accurately.
- Craft comprehensive and insightful integrated reports that effectively communicate assessment findings, recommendations, and actionable insights.
- Tailor reports to address specific client needs, providing clear and actionable information to support their decision-making processes.
- Work closely with key account managers and clients to ensure timely delivery of reports that meet high-quality standards.
- Continuously stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in psychometric assessment and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, psychometrics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Psychometrist, with a track record in writing integrated reports.
- Accredited in CPP, Psytech, and SHL assessments, will be to your advantage.
- Solid understanding of psychometric principles and proficiency in various assessment tools (e.g., personality assessments, cognitive tests, 360-degree feedback).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent writing skills, demonstrating the ability to present information in a logical and engaging way.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and report writing.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
