External Technical Sales Executive

**The purpose of this position is to consistently increase revenue through effective sales strategies and managing client relationships and expectations. In addition, emphasis needs to be placed on continual growth of the client base and basket of goods.**
**KEY TASKS**
**Sales**:
1. Telephonically contact all B, C and D customers on a daily basis
2. Promote company products (Graphics and Engineering)
3. Record discussion and enquiries with customers for correct follow up
4. Arrange collections of samples when required
5. Arrange visits if required by customers
6. Assist with arranging of couriers for out of town customers and dispatching
7. Providing quotations of existing and new products to customers where required;
8. Increase market and wallet share at existing and new customers;
9. Google searching for potential customers.
10. Identifying areas within our market where new products can be introduced;
11. Assist with achieving budgets and targets set out by the company;
12. Attend weekly/monthly sales meeting as and when required.
**Stock**:
1. Monitoring of stock levels applicable to all customers to ensure that ordered stock can be delivered;
2. Liaise with admin staff on stock pricing when quoting;
3. If no stock is available in the branch, checking for stock in HQ and other branches;
4. Follow up with relevant local supplier to ensure delivery of products timeously;
5. Assist with monthly and annual stock take for branch;
6. Monitoring and managing customer stock levels, order frequency and basket of products ordered regularly.
7. Packing and preparing customer orders as and when required.
**Experience in the Packaging manufacturing industries would be preferred
