**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business growth and expand market presence in the ECM industry.
- Identify and target new clients while expanding relationships with existing customers to maximize revenue.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific ECM requirements, including document management, workflow automation, and digital transformation.
- **Lead Generation & Pipeline Management**:
- Proactively generate leads through networking, attending industry events, and leveraging partnerships.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities and lead-generation campaigns.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
- Represent ELO Digital Office at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:
- Lead contract negotiations and manage complex sales cycles, closing deals with key enterprise customers.
- Ensure that all sales processes are in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- **Team Leadership & Collaboration**:
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution delivery.
- **Market Analysis & Insights**:
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the ECM industry.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market demands.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on ECM, software, SaaS, or IT solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong experience with large enterprise accounts, including the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of ECM platforms, document management, and digital transformation solutions.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and market opportunities.
