- To support projects and to ensure expected service delivery to the HR team, business, Centre's of Excellence and broader HR business.
- To ensure and drive awareness and usage of the HRIS and available Reports.
- To proactively identify existing and potential problem areas and trends and guide and advise management to address them.
- To ensure that all legislative requirements and policies are implemented and adhered to within the business unit.
- To serve on/run committees/meetings within HR and Business structures where needed. Ensure effective working relationships with external HR and support pillars.
- Manage and participate in daily HR activities and administration as per the required standards.
- Managing and executing on HR / Business related projects.
- Support and execute on the Strategic goals and projects of the Business within the HR team.
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Grade 12
- HR Management Diploma
- A proven working knowledge of IR function and relevant Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA & EE Act)
- Min 2years actively involved in HR admin related disciplines
- 2 years exposure to business processes
- Knowledge and understanding of recruitment practices
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) MUST be pedantic about attention to detail and data accuracy
- Must be able to self manage (includes effectively communicating with stakeholders)
- Ability to use initiative on projects
- Strong problem solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure is essential
- Facilitation skills
