- To escalate concerns to Recruitment Centre Manager pro-actively
- To assist colleagues where required
- To capture and maintain statistical information pertaining day-to-day running of Recruitment Centre
- Accept and process CV's as and when dropped off by applicants
- Take and record messages accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure filing is done on a daily basis
- Order kitchen and stationery supplies monthly
- Manage the order and cleanliness of the public areas of the Recruitment Centre

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification

Desirable
- Relevant Diploma in Administration or related
