Our client is a consulting firm that promotes development effect in emerging markets. By tackling complicated challenges, they enhance people's lives in general. They are trusted consultants within the public and commercial sectors, assisting them with infrastructure development and natural resource management.

We are looking for a resource to provide exceptional HR support services. You will use your expertise in HR administration and payroll in aiding and improving the HR Shared Services function for the business.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Gather offers, contracts, letters of transfer, raise, promotion, retirement, retrenchment, and change in working conditions, as well as certificates of service and debt acknowledgments (advances).
- Promoting the entire HR value chain, including the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist the HR department in tracking and processing invoices.
- Employee data should be entered into the Sage system.
- Control all ESS and SAGE-related setups and inquiries.
- Maintain data integrity and keep up with all current HR databases, spreadsheets, and records.
- To prepare for an audit, update all documents and files.
- Help the HR staff by conducting audits. Create systems to track and manage all business intelligence in the human resources department (recruitment, turnover, data analytics, EE, training and development, performance management, promotions etc)
- Support the HR team in all projects, reporting and supplying of data.
- Manage the HR department's operations and assist the head of HR with administration and scheduling.
- As the initial point of contact, help managers and workers with HR-related questions and, if necessary, reroute them appropriately.
- Help the HR team out with any ad hoc tasks, such as taking minutes.

**Qualifications And Experience**
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field of study
- 3 years’ experience as an administrator within a human resources team.
- Having worked as part of a shared services business model will be advantageous.
- 2 years’ experience managing input, via the SAGE payroll system.
