**Senior Leasing Administrator**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- National Senior Certificate.
- A 1-year Diploma in Business Administration will be advantageous.
- Essential: A relevant qualifications as required by the PPRA (Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority).
- Essential: FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate).
- Proficiency in government retail regulations and property sector administration requirements is essential for this role.
- Valid Driver’s License.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate completion of tenant information and paperwork, including database entries and turnovers.
- Draft various documents such as Heads of Lease, Offers to Lease, and Lease Agreements.
- Ensure all lease documentation complies with laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Complete pre-leasing and leasing paperwork within set standards and timeframes.
- Track deals to ensure timely completion of paperwork.
- Finalize administration process by verifying completion, signatures, and audits of documents.
- Compile FICA document packs for landlords and tenants.
- Verify payment of deposits and leasing fees within deadlines.
- Prepare Renewal Lease packs and handle related administrative tasks.
- Prepare documents such as TRF and release forms.
- Provide support in marketing tasks directed by the Divisional Director for Retail Leasing.
- Maintain an updated database of prospective tenants accessible to the management team.
- Assist in preparing the department's budget for year-end reporting.
- Support the collection of Turnover Rental and assist with monthly reporting requirements.
