- Receiving and filing lease agreements
- Setting up and management of team procedures and protocols
- Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
- Providing PA duties for Directors and answering telephones
- Management of Senior Staff Diaries
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Grade 12.
- 3 years' experience in finance and administration.
- 2 years Computer Literacy experience: MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, Outlook
- Able to prioritise and multitask
- Strategic and forward thinking

- Some finance experience required
