**Position**: Field Sales Representative

**Location**: Rosebank (Johannesburg)

**Employment Status**: Permanent

**What You'll Do**:
You will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, engaging with potential customers, and providing them with personalized financial services solutions.

**Performance Required**:

- Conduct outbound field sales to potential customers, engaging them in conversations to understand their financial needs.
- Present and promote our personalized financial services solutions, explaining the benefits and features to potential customers.
- Effectively handle objections and address customer concerns to close sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Highly motivated and results-driven individual.
- Self Starter and Self Motivated
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
- Being multilingual is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (preferably matric) with further education (tertiary) being an advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of 2+ years of sales experience.
