As the Coordinator, you will report to the Organisational Performance Lead and provide coordination, operational and project management support to the staff and all programmes and work portfolios managed within the function. You will need excellent planning and organizational skills, a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, strong communication skills in English and one other South African language, and the ability for mature and professional interpersonal engagement across multiple and diverse contexts and stakeholders. Excellent skills in all programmes of Microsoft Office are key pre-requisites for this position. A driver's license is essential for this position.

Key Performance Areas for this position include:
Co-ordination of the Environmental Leaders Graduate Internship Programme:

- Liaise with all key stakeholders associated with the programme
- Support all mentors through the programme
- Assist in preparing all reports related to the programme and liaise with funders around these
- Manage the finances of the programme, including forecasts, monthly reconciliations, funder invoicing, receipt of
funding, amongst others
- Manage all contracts related to the programme

Support Monitoring and Evaluation for Organisational Performance:

- Support data collection through the preparation of the necessary data collection tools and engaging and supporting
staff contributors in data collection processes
- Support the management of data through setting up and managing data files, processes and systems
- Support access to data sets and related reports across the organisation
- Support reporting processes at project and organisational level
- Communicate across the organisation with regard to monitoring and evaluation
- Organise the necessary meetings and workshops across the organisation to support monitoring and evaluation
- Logistically support all monitoring and evaluation interactions, workshops and meetings

Operational Support for Organisational Performance:

- Coordinate all operational processes for organisational performance (including monthly meetings, asset
management, resourcing, etc)
- Support convening of all meetings, workshops and events related to Organisational Performance and the
Environmental Leaders Programme
- Support financial management for Organisational Performance and the Environmental Leaders Programme
- Liaise effectively across project portfolios and enabling functions
- Support the procurement and management of all services as required across Organisational Performance and the
Environmental Leaders Programme

Personal Assistance to the Organisational Performance Lead:

- Diary management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with all portfolios and units
- Support preparation, recording and dissemination of meetings
