SACAP is looking for an additional Learning & Teaching Coordinator for the Online Campus who will work in collaboration with the current Learning & Teaching Coordinator. Together the Learning & Teaching Coordinators coordinate and administer all Faculty-related activities associated with Online Educators and Supervisors on the Online Campus. The Learning & Teaching Coordinator (TLC) works closely with the Head of Learning Design and Online Teaching (HoLDOT), the Head of the Online Campus (HoC) and (where needed), the Student Administration and Student Support & Development teams, in fulfilment of their duties and responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:
The Learning & Teaching Coordinator will be responsible for the following areas:
1) Front line of communication, coordination and support to Online Educators

2) Ongoing performance monitoring of Online Educators

3) Online Educator Wellness and Engagement

4) Term-on-term timetable scheduling

5) Acting as the general liaison for Online Faculty around administrative and academic issues

6) Online Faculty Coordination (i.e. Educators, Supervisors and WIL Department):

- Term-on-term New Online Educator Planning, Recruitment, Orientation and Induction
- Quality Assurance Process Coordination
- Online Faculty Administration:

- Educator Contract Maintenance
- Coordination of Termly Online Educator Meetings
- Educator Conference Coordination
- Exam Preparation Coordination
- Online Educator and Supervisor Invoicing
- Online Educator and Supervisor Contracts

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A minimum of a 3-year undergraduate degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of academic administration / coordination experience, preferably within Higher Education in South Africa
- Technologically savvy / strong digital literacy skills, with a special interest in Online Education
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Highly developed relationship-building / interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive with the ability to anticipate and plan ahead of time

The role will report directly to the Head of Campus (HoC) and will work in close collaboration with the Head of Learning Design and Online Teaching (HoLDOT).

**Operating Hours**:
This is a full-time position operating from Mondays to Fridays*:
Monday to Thursday: 08:30am to 17:00pm

Friday: 08:30am to 16:00pm
