The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer relationships & satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Research market trends and analyze competitor performance to develop effective sales strategies.
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects,
- Identifies opportunities to grow business by cold calling,
- Setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements & feedback
- Establish, develop & maintain positive business relationships with customers
- Generate sales among assigned customers, including up-selling and cross-selling
- Makes sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Provide mentorship and training to other sales personnel (if needed).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Sales (selling services).
- Has team management experience of at least 1 year.
- Having experience in the localization industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

**Salary**: R13 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 7 years (required)
