Third Age Group is looking for a dedicated **Insurance Assistant** to provide vital support to the Head of Insurance. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a personal assistant to the Head of Insurance, managing diaries, meetings, and correspondence.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain insurance documentation and reports.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflows within the insurance division.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Support project management and contribute to achieving team objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative or personal assistant roles, ideally within the insurance or financial sector.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
