You will serve as the point of contact for our clients across engagements helping to drive organization's Microsoft business and drive our clients existing cloud & enterprise services / product consumption.

This senior role will work closely with other leaders within the organization to develop, cultivate relationships and solve business challenges for our clients, using the Microsoft platform.

**Responsibilities**

**Growth & Transformation Account Leader**:

- Leading Microsoft's overall vision internally and implementing this through organization's client base.
- Proactively engage with potential clients to accelerate revenue growth, drive business outcomes, while the goal of helping clients realize their full potential.
- Building and executing growth and value expansion strategies for the organization and Microsoft in collaboration with complimentary vendors to create unique solution offerings.
- Engagement with Microsoft to fully comprehend their latest offerings and how these can assist resolve and help transform clients businesses

**Trusted Adviser**:

- Earn and maintain trust with clients by understanding their needs and addressing them with the right Microsoft solutions; operating with high empathy for clients to build mutually winning scenarios for both client and Microsoft.

**Deal Negotiator and Closer**:

- Proactively identify, establish and maintain pipeline through respective team members to achieve anticipated revenue and profit growth.
- Lead negotiation with clients in mid to long-term planning to form a strategically constructed deal.
- Engage and negotiate internally with key stakeholders (e.g. product, engineering, finance, legal, sales, marketing) to move opportunities forward with.
- Coordinate with all necessary internal stakeholders in the deal to assure that the deal is closed successfully and in a compliant manner.

**Senior Sales Leader**:

- Ensure each client account has a valuable and strategic relationship with Microsoft; driving business growth and transformation through strategic thinking, sales execution, and influence.
- Driving new business acquisition and ensuring customer retention.

**Strategic Thinker and Market Expert**:

- Accountable for identifying growth opportunities with high potential clients leveraging deep domain/industry knowledge to develop creative and innovative solutions for clients to improve optimization and workflow. Proactively demonstrates thought leadership, opportunities for improvement, best practices, and learnings internally and externally as appropriate

**Qualifications**
- Relevant degree or diploma AND 7+ years experience in business development, technical sales, consulting, or marketing OR equivalent experience.
- 7+ years experience working in a matrixed organization, preferably in the technology industry.
- A minimum of 8 years in the technology space.
- Experience working within, or demonstrable empathy and passion for clients
- Desire to work on a diverse team and perpetuate a culture of inclusion
- A deep understanding of the Microsoft environment, services and product offering
- Good grasp of cloud infrastructure and services (Infrastructure, Applications, Data, Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity).
- Preferred experience in Power Platforms and Microsoft Teams.
- An ability to speak to and engage effectively with leadership from different industries
- Sales results-oriented with extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working in a rapidly-scaling environment with multiple variables in play
- Strong written and verbal communication skills where you are equally comfortable interacting across all levels of an organization
