**Your Mission**:
As the F&B Manager at this prestigious luxury hotel in Durban, you’ll be the driving force behind the dining experience, ensuring every guest enjoys world-class service and unforgettable meals. You’ll manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, from fine dining to banquets, with a focus on excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Overseeing the entire F&B operation, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation across all dining venues.
Leading and mentoring a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and professionalism.
Managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue while maintaining a keen eye on guest satisfaction.
Collaborating with the culinary team to design and implement innovative menus that delight and surprise guests.
Coordinating and executing successful events, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B operations.
**Who You Are**:
You have a relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
With at least 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment, you’re a pro at delivering top-notch service.
You have a deep understanding of the latest F&B trends, with a passion for innovation and excellence.
You’re tech-savvy with strong financial management skills, capable of handling budgets, forecasts, and reports.
Your communication skills are exceptional, and you’re a natural leader who inspires and motivates your team.
