**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Managing a team within the Inbound department

To manage and control the supplier conformance portfolio of all conformance

Ensure that suppliers and business relations are maintained

Ensure that supplier deliveries are scheduled and confirmed on a daily basis

Ensure stock is received, quality checked and put away timeously and within SLA

Ensure stock management and flow management runs smoothly in the inbound area

Ensure capturing of supplier conformance sheet is performed and recorded on a daily basis and flagged to all stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with BOP and 6S standards

Improving processes is smooth within the inbound process flow and SOP process

Communicate with other DC’s on IBT’s to ensure stock is received on time

Reporting on target achievement

Delivering and maintaining excellent customer service

Ensure DC KPI’s are met( UPH,CPU and accuracy)

Ensure operational budgets and cost are met and communicated weekly on budget meeting

Ensure monthly presentations are compiled and reported on

Ensure management of supplier conformance efficient

Ensure management of staff( performance, disciplines and empowerment) is adhered to

Ensure improvement of inbound SLA and achievement of daily targets

Previous supervisory or management and/or industry experience will be an advantage

A team player who is engaging and can communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Ability to handle high pressure, stress and multi-tasking

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent customer services skills

High attention to detail

High energy and motivation

Working knowledge of MS Office, ideally with a good MS Excel capability
