**Minimum Requirements**:
- 18 months of unbroken leadership experience in a contact centre environment
- 18 months of experience in a UK contact centre environment
- Proven track record of excelling in all customer and people-based metrics
- A positive, can-do attitude when it comes to problem-solving.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R19 000,00 per month

- Our leaders are key to the success of our business, and our culture. Therefore the process will involve multiple assessments of capability, including (but not limited to) Group Discussions, Data Analysis, Presentations & Interview. This will require face to face office time in our Lower Long Street offices. Will you be able to join us for and extended duration onsite?
