**Summary of the role**

The Inuversal Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Events and Project Manager to join our team. The main objective of the Events and Project Manager is coordinate a variety of events within the Inuversal Group.

With a strong investment focus on healthcare and technology, the group are actively reinventing & innovating the entire healthcare value chain, combining traditional tried and tested approaches to health and wellness with futuristic 4IR technology.

**Key responsibilities**:
1. Project Planning
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and requirements.

2. Budget Management
- Create and manage budgets for events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing for services and products.

3. Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and/or transportation.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for events.

4. Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate and manage relationships with event-related vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure services and products.

5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Provide clear communication and guidance to team members and volunteers.

6. Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during events.

7. Post-Event Evaluations
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and analytics to measure the impact and ROI of events.
- Bachelors’ degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business or a related field., coupled with 5 years’ experience.
- Proven experience in event planning and project management.
- Experience in organizing and executing both virtual and in-person events

- A collaborative team player adept at working cross-functionally
- Experience working in the corporate social space, hospitality or branding/image consulting environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practice.

**This is a 12 month
- renewable contract.**
