**Temp. HR Admin. Assistant**

**(Durban - KZN Region)**

The following Fixed Period (Temp) Contract opportunity has become available in our KZN Regional Office based in the Sportsmans Warehouse Gateway store (Durban).

Main Purpose: To provide HR administrative support to the KZN/Inland Regional Management (HR/Ops) Team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with Store-based recruitment - placement of online adverts, telephonic shortlisting (screening) and pre-employment (integrity) checks.
- Assistance with updating of "Training Course" material; compiling Store-based EMT training content
- Consolidating OHASA Audits and other HR-related store initiatives - nationally
- Filing and maintenance of HR documentation for employee files (Regional Office)
- General filing and upkeep of HR filing systems (Regional Office)
- Minute Taking - Conference Calls / Disciplinary Hearings, etc.
- General Office Admin. duties
- Duties are inclusive, but not limited to the above mentioned.

**Key Skills & Attributes**:

- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Part-time Tertiary qualification in HR/Behavioural Sciences
- Computer literate (Excel/Word/PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Able to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, while maintaining a focus on accuracy
- Personal energy and drive

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Graduate
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Education**:
