**Role Purpose**

Support the execution of the content management (CM) strategy by providing administrative services related to any knowledge management programs, platforms, processes and plans.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Matric as a minimum
- Relevant tertiary qualification beneficial
- Advantageous: Bachelors degree

**Experience**
- 2+ years’ experience providing administrative/technical support
- 2+ years’ experience with an organization’s operations and business tools (e.g. knowledge management platform or call centre system.)
- Experience using a content management system like SharePoint is advantageous
- Previous experience within a healthcare administration environment would be advantageous

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Develop An Understanding Of Internal Environment In Line With Business Requirements**
- Develop a deep understanding of the KIP (Knowledge Is Power) platform and its functionalities.
- Serve as an administrative power user on the company’s content management system.
- Create, review and update content.
- Create and maintain content management standard operating procedures and user guides.
- Contribute to the culture and adoption of the KM programme (activities related to content searching, likes and comments).
- Act on content management report indicators.
- Act on knowledge gap escalations and support content manager to ensure knowledge is made available to reduce errors and improve the call resolution rate in core business operations.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Test and document content management processes that will be applied to knowledge articles hosted on the company’s knowledge base.
- Help with solution design of content management system functions and enhancements.
Help gather requirements for the continual improvement of the content management service.
- Keep abreast of latest content management trends and practices to optimise service offering.
- Perform basic reporting on various content management metrics.
- Identify escalations and inform line manager accordingly.

**Enable Client Centricity Within Area Of Responsibility**
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work with L&D facilitators and SME for process identification and feasibility.
- Provide input into proof of concepts.
- Document and communicate the technical implementation requirements.
- Follow-up and support the operational teams with ongoing article authoring, editing and archiving.
- Manage stakeholders (Subject matter experts, content reviewers and content approvers).
