**Executive Assistant**

You will need at least 5-10+ years experience as an Executive Assistant as well as:

- Bachelors Degree or related qualification
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great relationship building skills
- Have good problem-solving and analytical skill
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Be deadline and results-driven
- Good time management skills
- Have the ability to balance quality, accuracy and speed
- Be a solid team player

Key Responsibilities:

- Calendar and Schedule Management: Managing and organising the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Meeting Coordination: Arranging and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.
- Action Items: Following up on action items and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Information Management: Organising and maintaining files, documents, and records, both in physical and electronic formats. Ensuring information is easily accessible and properly stored.
- Research and Analysis: Conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required. Providing summaries and analysis of information for the executive's review.
- Project Support: Assisting with special projects and initiatives, coordinating teams, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Administrative Support: Performing general administrative tasks.
- Decision Support: Providing support to the executive in decision-making processes, conducting preliminary analysis, and gathering relevant information.
- Prioritisation and Time Management: Assisting CEO in prioritising tasks and managing my time effectively to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Key Characteristics:

- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and staff. Acting as a liaison between the executive and various individuals or departments.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and exercising discretion in all matters related to the executive's work.

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Executive Assistant: 5 years (required)
