**Sales Manager. R100 000 Basic + Commission. Johannesburg.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and revenue goals in the SADEC region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the region.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the management team.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and develop key partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of at least 10 years as a successful Sales Manager, within a large corporate environment
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential (both written and spoken), as this role requires effective communication with clients in both languages.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the SADEC market, including its cultural nuances and business practices.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, meet targets, and exceed expectations.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within the SADEC region as required.
- Own car and drivers license essential and not negotiable.
- Stable background with contactable references.
