Change Manager

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our Enhance department to define and improve the Change Management strategy, policies, processes and tools to ensure continuous improvement of Change Management compliance. As well as to ensure the successful implementation of the Change Management Function in the business. To identify, address and communicate Change Management risks, issues, metrics and reporting and to manage Change Management Audits.
**Responsibilities**:
- Change Management Issues, Risks and Trends - Manage Change Management (“CM”) issues, risks and trends to ensure CM compliance
- Change Management Metrics - Define CM metrics for recommendation and implementation
- Implement Change Management Function - Achieve compliance with all CM Regulatory requirements, Business rules, certifications and best practices
- External Audit Management - Manage end to end external change and regulatory audit processes from inception to resolution of issues raised to ensure compliance
- Leadership - Manage the Change Management Team to ensure effective change management service
- Strategy - Develop and implement Change Management Strategy to ensure effective change management service
- Min 7 years’ experience within an IT environment in a change management related role including min 5 years leadership experience
- Relevant degree ITIL certification required CoBIT certification (advantageous)
- Risk management, IT change management, analysis and interpretation of regulations
- Experience using change management tools
- DevOps and process engineering advantageous
