**Purpose of the Job**:
As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and ad-hoc support to our Bespoke Finance team. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric certificate
- Minimum 3-6 months of experience in a similar administrative role would be beneficial

**Responsibilities**:

- **Management of Campaign Incentives**: Assist in the organization and tracking of campaign incentives to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- **Payments Administration**: Handle payment processing and administration tasks efficiently.
- **Maintenance of Fixed Assets**: Maintain records and update information related to fixed assets.
- **Handling of Insurance Claims Administration**: Support in the management of insurance claims, including the related AOD (Acknowledgment of Debt) process.

**Competencies Required**:

- **Good Microsoft Office and Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
- **Good Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- **Able to Work in a Team**: Collaborative and cooperative attitude to work effectively with team members.
- **Able to Handle Multiple Tasks and Meet Deadlines**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines
