Finance and Administrative Support Professional

The Tower Group seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our administrative section.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Applications Coordination: Coordinate and manage administrative applications to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Administrative Section Supervision: Allocate resources, monitor, and supervise the administrative section to optimize productivity.
- Invoicing and Fee Management: Invoicing for surveys and updating the fee book to maintain accurate records.
- FEC and Funding Coordination: Process FEC applications for invoices and coordinate funding with banks to receive payments.
- Supplier Invoice Management: Check supplier invoices against quotes, authorize invoices, and follow up on queries from creditors.
- Payment Processing and Beneficiary Management
- Credit Notes and Remittances: Prepare and load EFT supplier payments, compile repatriations for remittance, and prepare credit notes as required.
- Enquiries and Ad Hoc Projects: Handle enquiries/queries on customer invoices and supplier invoices, and participate in ad hoc projects within operations, admin, and finance.
