Job Title: Administrative Finance Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an Administrative Finance Specialist to join our finance team at Bosch Umhlanga. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts administration or a similar role and be proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. As an Administrative Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing financial data, processing accounts payable invoices, and reconciling supplier statements. You will also assist employees with expense report submissions and maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Accurately enter and manage financial data into our accounting system
* Process accounts payable invoices and reconcile supplier statements
* Assist employees with expense report submissions and review for compliance with company policies
* Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both physical and digital

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts administration or a similar role
* Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Clear and concise communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated ethical and professional conduct in handling sensitive financial information

**Estimated Salary:** R580,000 - R680,000 per annum
