**Job description**

**Job Purpose**

The core purpose of the position is to: Always act in accordance with the Project Policy & Company Policy The core purpose of the position is to be able to assist with administrative tasks and assist with coordination of various resources & tools in the implementation of small to large scale projects in a cost-effective manner and against pre-defined timelines, using asset control and management of human resources. And to provide Administrative support to various Project Leads.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact sites telephonically to get relevant project related information
- Serve as a project librarian, keeping accurate records of project documentation
- Creating electronic project packs
- Add project to Project Dashboard
- Submitting electronic Purchase Requests to Finance
- Submitting electronic Purchase Orders to AssetMangement
- Request courier cost from Finance where applicable
- Request Proof of Delivery of stock where applicable
- Log calls for relevant projects on HEAT
- Updating Project Calls on Heat with invoicing details
- Closing calls for relevant projects on HEAT when project has been completed
- Update relevant project reports where applicable
- Collate worksheets and required Project documentation
- Complete recons for Project Lead signoff
- Complete feasibilites
- Electronic filing of invoicing
- Able to support and back-up project lead when needed

**Key requirements**

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- NQF Level 5

**Experience**:

- 3 - 5 Years working experience in Administrative Role

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
