The main responsibility of the Client Experience Agent is to obtain insights from existing and new customers on their experience of Talksure products.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- To assist with various customer experience initiatives via social media and other platforms.
- To provide insights for the enhancement of the Customers experience.
- The Customer experience agent is responsible for contacting post claim customers for insight on their experience.
- Must have the ability to be systematic in reviewing and evaluating data. Asking customers probing questions to gain insights.
- Have the capacity to listen attentively to clients, analyse and present information in a clear manner capturing relevant information.
- Must be able to display positive attitudes and behaviours, which demonstrate an awareness and willingness to listen to customers and raise their concerns in a manner that will resolve the root cause of the issue.
- Must be self managed and able to deal with stress
- Must display excellent planning and organisation skills to obtain the best results

**Minimum Requirements**
- Grade 12 or Matric
- Clear ITC
- A minimum of 1 year Customer service experience in a Financial Services Industry
- Must have the ability to act as a Financial Services representative.
- RE5 and Fais advantageous

**Salary**: Market related

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R5,500.00 per month
