**ROLE PURPOSE**:
Contribute to shaping the Human Capital priorities and strategy for Holdings. Lead and manage the end-to-end Human Capital agenda within Holdings business unit and by aligning the people and business agenda to ensure business objectives are met that contribute to the delivery of the overall business unit and company strategy. Provide dynamic solutions using experience, data analyses, and organizational agility to guide decision making on all programmes, tools, policies, and frameworks developed in the Centres of Expertise (COE’s) that support the achievement of the agreed people, customer and growth results. Monitor (through SLA’s, HR metrics) and support HC services delivered via the HC shared services team. Responsible to oversee tactical strategy, full HCBP function, supporting effective management of people within the business division through coaching of business leaders and delivery of a comprehensive HC service.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:
**Strategy**
- Contributes to the direction of the HC function in the business through the undertaking of appropriate diagnostic measures.
- Facilitates effective implementation of new people management initiatives in different departments and levels of the business as appropriate.
- Ensures that there is alignment between people management strategies and the existing business’s policies and procedures, updating each as required.
- Maintains a clear and detailed knowledge of the industry trends, best practices, and labour legislation to enable sound contribution to the strategy development

**Business Planning**
- Develop and propose annual business plans for Holdings and ensure alignment with strategy.
- Oversee the HCBP function within the Holdings division and function with a view to embed an out-perform and sustainable staff engagement.
- Contribute to the definition of tactical plans that will contribute to the Group Human Capital Strategy
- Responsible for delivering a comprehensive and people centric service, aligning both people management and business strategies
- Work closely in partnership with Group HC Centres of Excellence to ensure the business areas are supported effectively.
- Collaborate with Group wide Human capital teams to lead a high performing, relevant and impactful HC department in Holdings

**HR Data Analytics and Insights Monitor**
- Monitor, analyse and report on key HC enablers such as employee movements, training ,People Management, Reporting and Analytics; Governance, SLA’s and HC Metrics to optimize the Human Capital of the organization.
- Analyzes and reports on KPIs and trends related to human capital in the business and uses these findings to develop plans and solutions
- Analyse data trends and metrics to inform business decisions
- Analyses and investigate business/people issues and trends within the business unit and recommend interventions in collaboration with COE to create HC insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
- Monitor basic and complex employee queries or concerns.
- Analyse HC programme activity, conduct performance analyses of the programmes, prepare reports and proposals from findings, and present them to senior management for consideration
- Ensures budgetary compliance with HC Business Partner reporting monthly on the metrics and recommending necessary adjustments to senior management with a view of enhancing departmental performance

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Provides consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers in order to support the business’s vision, mission, and overall objectives.
- Be a “Broker” of service between specialized internal groups (e.g. reward) and the business.
- Be a skilled consultant to the business on issues related to strategy execution and change, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations.
- Provide feedback to COE’s about HC solution effectiveness.
- Collaborate with COE’s to create innovative solutions.
- Work with HC Business Partner management in developing the people management plans and strategies. Focus on consultative support and HC solution delivery to line management.
- Support all HC products, services, process implementation including any required changes and ensure client buy-in through influencing (context, rationale).
- Monitor basic and complex employee queries or concerns.
- Deliver reliable, compliant, and secure HC operations in support of the business.

**Leadership and Direction**
- Proactively, lead, coach and manage the HCBP function, ensuring best in class delivery and the management of an effective business partnering service across the business.
