**Corporate Learning and Development Expert**
**Purpose**:
Corporate Learning and Development Expert is responsible for the strategic planning, development, reporting and roll out of learning pathways within the corporate brands, with a particular focus on small group training, Webinars, eLearning module creation, facilitation material development, coaching, systems, processes and airfares.
The role requires a passion for both self-development as well as brand and stakeholder development, through the use of industry leading techniques and company directed personal development.
Corporate Learning and Development Expert is responsible for researching, advising and disciplining the creation of content that is fit for purpose within the corporate brands, that is relevant and in line with the current Standard Operating Procedures within the industry.
Corporate Learning and Development Experts are custodians of One Best Way processes within the Corporate brands, and are responsible for driving, maintaining and implementing the company blueprint in all front end operational teams.
**Primary duties and responsibilities (KPDs)
- Proactively research, conceptualise, develop and implement specific training programmes and processes using a range of training methodologies such as classroom training, e-learning, webinars, coaching and on the ground in business training.
- Build credibility with the brand and ops leaders by attending weekly SWOT meetings.
- Strategically identify learning needs within the corporate businesses by using available reporting tools such as Freshdesk and Protas Helpdesk reporting.
- Actively plan and schedule training for front end consultants based on reporting and data in conjunction with stakeholder engagement through attendance to weekly SWOT meetings.
- Regularly analyse the effectiveness of training rolled out by using available reporting tools, surveys, SWOT meetings and Team Leader meetings and address any areas of concern by amending content if needed.
- Ensure all training is facilitated to industry and stakeholder standards, while also ensuring that all training is delivered to industry accredited standards.
- Provide regular brand reporting on risk areas by the strategic use of Fares Freshdesk reporting and stakeholder feedback.
- Minimize risk by implementing innovative SOP’s and OBW processes in line with brand blueprint.
- Increase productivity with constructive audit processes and reporting that provides valuable feedback to stakeholders and the Learning and Development team leader.
- Understanding of the leisure brands and end to end processes an advantage and be able to facilitate leisure training as required.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in facilitation.
Relevant Tertiary qualification, e.g.
Travel qualification
Advanced Amadeus Expertise
Train the trainer Qualification
Classroom and webinar experience
Communicating/working with senior business leaders.

- 4 years Corporate Travel Management Consultant experience
- 2 years leadership / supervisor experience
- Superior Amadeus Knowledge
- Superior mid back-office knowledge (Protas - advantegous)
- Superior Corporate Workflow and Process Understanding
- Willingness to develop and gain accredited industry standard qualifications
