To coordinate the delivery of marketing and or communication services through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Job Description**:
The purpose of this role is to provide advice and support related to marketing and communication elements, enabling achievement of stakeholder’s objectives and successful delivery of programmes. Operational support to the Corporate Brand Strategy, Integration and Execution portfolios.

Accountability: Brand training support
- Provide wrap around support for Group brand training. Obtain and maintain an accurate database of marketing and communications practitioners and their respective agencies across the Group to ensure that the relevant stakeholders are exposed to brand governance, prescriptions and guidelines.
- Agree and manage a brand training channel for anonymous feedback for colleagues and agencies, facilitated through Qualtrics surveys.
- End to end management of brand training enquiries.

Accountability: Brand Management Platform
- End to end management of platform enquiries including access control, reporting and logging technical incidents and partner with FTech for resolution as well as develop FAQ and User guides to improve query resolution.
- Content management to ensure relevance, accuracy and alignment to the latest developments of the brand and visual identity
- Monitor usage of the Brand Management Platform to develop new functionalities and review existing to improve effectiveness and user experience. In partnership with FTech
- Manage the development, maintenance and socialisation of iconography and illustrations, as well as ensure that they are included in the library
- Partner with Brand Strategy and Integration to conceptualise, brief and implement, as well as test new developments

Accountability: Templates, toolkits and assets
- End to end management including partnering with Brand Strategy and Integration to brief in, proactively review and develop new elements in response to gaps identified and requests received across the Group.
- Determination of the relevant categories for inclusion as well briefing Design Studio for upload and subsequent quality control.

Accountability: Domains and Trademarks
- Play an integral part in protecting and managing Absa’s intellectual property through providing operational support required for trademarks and domains.

Accountability: Special Project Support
- Provide end to end project coordination support to Brand Strategy and Integration.

Accountability: Generic Group Brand mailbox

Take end to end accountability for managing

to ensure that all enquiries are responded to, referred and stored within the agreed upon timeframes.
