**Introduction**

The CDD Service Specialist will be responsible for performing accurate background operational support administration duties in relation to the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements within RISO.

**Role Purpose**

The CDD Service Specialist will be responsible for performing accurate background operational support administration duties in relation to the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements within RISO. This entails, but not limited to, initial Customer Due Diligence (CDD) screening, prioritisation of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) matters, requesting of missing required documentation and information on high-risk clients, and providing general support for the operational and client services environments.

A strong focus on client experience, efficiency handling, optimisation and offering world class service across multiple platforms to all stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications, Experience and **Knowledge**
- Relevant investments or wealth (LISP) qualification (advantageous)
- Matric/Grade 12
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a contact centre or in the investment or financial service industry
- Momentum Investment systems knowledge (advantageous)
- Momentum Investment process knowledge (advantageous)
- Momentum Investment product knowledge (advantageous)
- Understanding of legislation within the insurance industry - POPIA, TCF, FIC, AML, FAIS, LTA, etc.
