**Job Title: Regional Dealer Liaison**

**Location**:Johannesburg

**Job Type**: Full-time

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Responsible for dealer relationships in the region, servicing the needs of dealers and collecting information on dealers and the market, rectifying issues experienced by Dealers as well as aiming to improve the organization's overall performance.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Keep the relationship between Dealer & OEM at the most professional high level possible
- Actively promote finance schemes/programs to ensure sales targets are met
- Promote new contracts with fleet and rental companies
- Liaise with government departments, especially for RT57 tenders
- Endorse with potential business companies for EV vehicles
- Promote all new products to corporate business
- Proactively promote network development initiatives to ensure the achievement of dealer development targets
- Conduct site visits to evaluate existing and potential dealerships
- Organize dealer meetings to effectively communicate the latest policies and products.

- Continuously monitor sales performance and track progress toward the target
- Analyse market trends and customer preferences to identify potential opportunities and report to the head of the department
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and dealerships to maximize sales opportunities
- Regularly review and evaluate sales processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure the dealer implements effective marketing and promotional campaigns to create awareness and generate interest in BAIC’s products
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and after-sales, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Assist with important projects
- Support for other related transactions

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Diploma in Business Management related field or equivalent
- 3 years of working experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of the

South African automotive market

**COMPETENCIES**:

- Good problem-solving, planning and organizing skills.
