Duties and Responsibilities

  • Formulate the development objectives of the dealer network according to the company's business strategy, and the corresponding implementation plan.
  • Actively promote network development programmes to ensure channel development targets are met.
  • Conduct site visits to potential dealers.
  • Communicate BAIC's channel development strategy.
  • Organize cooperation assessment of potential dealers within the department and implement the signing of contracts between OEMs and eligible dealers.
  • Ongoing matchmaking and service to dealers who have signed agreements to ensure positive and effective communication between dealers and OEMs.
  • Follow up the sales efforts of dealers, assist dealers to improve the sales of BAIC brand and achieve sales targets.
  • Organise dealer meetings or training to communicate the latest policies and product information from OEM.
  • Support for other related transactions

Education and Experience

  • Business Management or Marketing post Matric qualification
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of the South African automotive market.
  • Good communication skills and strong execution.
  • Good problem solving
  • Client relationship.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Goal Driven and target orientated.
  • Management skills, sales and marketing knowledge
