The Senior Human Resources Officer serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership and department managers, supporting the achievement of business objectives through effective people management strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (required).
- 3 + years of experience as an HRBP.
- Must have been an HRBP for more than 300 people.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems.
- CCMA Experience.
- Have experience in doing timesheets for different shifts.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and administration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

**1.Strategic HR Partnership**:

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals, challenges, and needs.
- Partner with department heads to align HR strategy with business priorities.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.

**2.Employee Relations**
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure a positive work environment by proactively addressing employee concerns and fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

**3.Talent Management**
- Support the talent acquisition process by identifying staffing needs, assisting with recruitment strategies, and participating in interviewing and selection.
- Develop and implement programs for employee development, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Provide coaching to managers on leadership development and employee performance improvement.

**4.Learning and Development**
- Assess organizational training needs and work with L&D teams to develop and implement learning programs.
- Foster continuous learning and career growth for employees through tailored development plans and training opportunities.

**5.HR Policies and Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Advise management on the interpretation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and legal requirements.

**6.Change Management**
- Support the organization through periods of change (e.g., restructuring, mergers, acquisitions) by guiding leadership in managing people through transitions.
- Promote effective communication and engagement strategies during organizational changes.

**7.Employee Engagement and Retention**
- Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze employee feedback and exit interview data to identify trends and recommend solutions to reduce turnover.
- Implement and support employee recognition programs and work-life balance initiatives.

**8.Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Use HR metrics and analytics to track employee trends, turnover, and performance.
- Provide reports and insights to senior management to support decision-making and improve business outcomes.
