**My client is looking for a Key Account Manager oversee the relationships with its most important clients. Be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term Key Customer relationships by comprehending their requirements. Build strong relationships with strategic customers and identify needs and requirements to promote business. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long term success.**

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain relationships.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Achieve or exceed sales and margin targets.
- **Key Requirements**_
- Formal post Matric qualification.
- 3 - 6 years relevant experience as Key Account Manager or Merchandiser (Manufacturing) in the Textile or Apparel Industry.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customers’ needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Manage and maintain critical path.
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow through on customer contracts.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
