We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Administrator to provide assistance to our HR dept in daily operations. You will assist in various tasks including payroll, recruitment, selection, induction and employee training and developmentUIF
KEY FOCUS AREAS
- Monitor and accurately record all leave processes
- Recording, monitoring and reporting on overtime
- Administer HR documentation
- Induction and exit processes
- Health and Safety and Security implementation
- Attend Employment Equity Committee meetings
- Recruitment and interviewing processes
- Facilitate short training sessions
- Manage in-house training facilities and equipment
- Coordinate off-site training activities for employees
- Access training needs for employees
- Maintain employee training records
- Facilitate Staff Wellness programmes
- Payroll management/resource allocation
- Maintain discipline in the department
REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Grade 12 (essential)
- HR qualification (essential), or proof of enrollment in current training programme
- Degree/diploma in Tourism/Hospitality (advantageous)
- +-1 year working experience (advantageous)
- MS Office Suite proficiency and knowledge of SA travel and tourism industry (essential)
- Sound knowledge of HR and Training admin processes and procedures
- Sound knowledge of local legislation and Labour Law
- Sound knowledge and understanding of cultural diversity
- Able to converse in Tsonga (strongly advantageous)
