We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO, by effectively managing schedules and performing a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to complex and confidential administrative, secretarial, analytical, project based and research duties.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Manage the flow of information through the CEO’s office
- Promote a positive PR image for the “office of the CEO”
- Attend and take minutes at executive team meetings
- Preparing for Stakeholder meetings
- Keep a record of all requests directed from the CEO to the executive team
- Handle ad-hoc customer complaints which are escalated to the CEO
- Manage local and international travel arrangements
- Various administrative tasks
- Tech savvy
- Build an effective network and nurture relationships

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Previous work experience as an Executive Assistant (or similar role) is essential
- A relevant qualification, degree or diploma
- Proficiency in MS Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate a high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

**Qualities**:

- Highly organised, strategic planner, methodical, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, process oriented and strong administrative skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and ability to work on own initiative when required.
- Pro-active, open to feedback, willingness to learn, grow, innovate and seek ways to continuously improve and add value beyond what is expected in your role.
- Relationship building, ability to interact on an executive level, internally as well as with key clients and stakeholders.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving approach, ability to plan and create structure.

- Assertive and ability to use own initiative.
