Requirements:

- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Certificate/Diploma in Finance Management/Bookkeeping
- Sage Pastel Certificate
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Management/Bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Sage Pastel and VAT processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
- Fluent in English; multilingualism will be advantageous
- Professional appearance and excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to meet deadlines
- Capacity to plan effectively and work well under pressure
- Valid driver's license and daily commuting capability

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Accurate processing of financial data using Pastel, including invoices, income, expenses, payments, receipts, reconciliations, credit notes, supplier invoices, journals, and inter-account transfers
- Providing support to the Finance and Accounting Department
- Assisting the Operational and Management teams
- Performing project reconciliations and providing support to Project Managers
- Payroll and HR-related tasks
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Efficiently managing workload and demonstrating proactive initiative
- Performing additional tasks as required
