**OUR HEAD OFFICE LOCATED IN THE NORTHERN SUBURBS OF CAPE TOWN REQUIRES A TALENTED AND EXPERIENCED FINANCIAL CLERK OR FINANCIAL INTERN TO COMMENCE EMPLOYMENT WITH THE COMPANY.**
The finance clerk is _inter alia_ responsible for generating and analyzing reports, preparing statements, capturing data, and assisting with financial audits.
**1. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**:
- Concluding bank and petty cash recons.
- Provide financial support services to our clubs and head office.
- EFT payments and invoicing.
- Performing membership refunds.
- To complete administrative work while observing different aspects of accounting, portfolio management, financial reporting, and banking.
- Upload invoices for receipting to the business bank accounts.
- Processing of invoices.
- Management and up-keep of fixed asset registers.
- AP statement recons.
- Uploading new suppliers on Xero.
- Producing weekly supplier age analysis.
- Producing rental summaries.
- Processing instructor journals.
- Electricity and water meter reading comparisons.
**Education**:
- Matric/Grade 12 completed
- MinimumDiploma in finance
**Experience**:
- Debtors/Creditors
- Strong administration knowledge and ability
- Accountancy and bookkeeping experience
- Computer literacy in MS Office particularly in Excel
- Ability to maintain accuracy
- 3 years experience working in a finance
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Financial Administration: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English and Afrikaans (preferred)
