Client Liaison Manager

Faircom is a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) that connects you to the Internet through High-Speed & Uncapped Fibre solutions, Wireless Fibre packages and VoIP connections.
We work with leading underlying infrastructure providers (including our own) which boasts a direct connection to the London Internet Exchange. Faircom also has its own infrastructure, Internect.
We are looking for an organised and professional **Client Liaison Manager** that will be responsible for various administrative duties and manage the daily administrative operations of Faircom, ensuring that administrative services are provided in an effective manner to support the operational running of Faircom. To ensure the smooth running of all administrative tasks according to established policies and processes.
**Duties will include but are not limited to the following**:
Administration:
- Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies
- Ensure that all Faircom administrative processes and systems are adhered to by regular checks
- Create radius account
- Dispatch router via courier or arrange for client to collect
- Respond to query and send Hub Spot template
- Ordering of routers, media converters, cables, handsets, etc
- Control and management of all stock
- Ensure that workflow runs smoothly
- Customers are attended to in a reasonable time frame
- Check for coverage on various portals or Faircom website
- Attend to tickets on internal system and phone calls
- Ensure installations are booked with our fibre contractors
- Logging the order on the service providers portal, follow ups and feedback
- All cancellations, upgrades, downgrades are processed accurately
- Billing spreadsheet accurately populated
- Invoices created accurately within the company guidelines and policy
- Customer details added to the billing sheet
- Clients notified timeously
- All contracts drafted accurately and timeously
- Accurate advice provided on all queries and complaints and within timeframe
- Effective marketing campaigns that contribute to the growth of Faircom
**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
- Matric
**Experience**:
- 3 years experience in similar role
Skills and Attributes:
- Computer literate (experience in Google Drive, Sheets and Docs preferable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a commercial environment, including developing & implementing effective work processes, procedures and controls\
- A self-starter who shows initiative and can work independently to solve problems
- Able to perform under pressure
- Deadline driven
- Must be accurate
- Attention to detail
**Specific Requirements**:
- Clear criminal record
- Clear credit record
- Contactable references
- Vaccinated against covid-19 or prepared to be vaccinated prior to commencing
We offer Barista produced coffee available all day to all our staff at Claremont.
Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45-minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi-time between 07h00 and 18h00
With centrally located and modern offices just across from Cavendish in Claremont, Faircape offers a market-related salary from R 25 000 Cost to Company per month.
