**Client Liaison Officer**

**Purpose of the role**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Respond to any incoming messages / queries for Good Hope Meats / Good Hope Meat Hyper social media platforms including WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
- Make outgoing calls / send WhatsApp’s messages to gauge customer satisfaction.
- Answer any Incoming calls from customers to provide any support needed or place customer orders.
- Forward any orders requested by customers through calls / messages to the Ordering department.
- Weekly reports based on customer feedback and complaints / compliments from messages, calls or google reviews, should be presented to management
- Use the script provided to respond to customer messages
- Any complaints / compliments received through any social media / calls / google reviews should be reported to the relevant department that day.
- Follow up with customers to ensure any complaints have been closed off.
- Contact regular customers to facilitate placing of orders
- Conduct surveys with customers with respect to issues such as new products, improvement of service ect.
- Ensure any marketing campaigns are being executed and viewed by customers

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A valid Matric Certificate.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, friendly personality and Professional Appearance
- Experience in sales would be an advantage.
- Good grasp of written and spoken English language
- Admin skill

Ability to Commute:

- Cape Town, Western Cape (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (required)
