Inventory Assistant

**Job Overview**
We are looking for an Inventory Assistant who is an individual that is proud of his/her work, who is efficient and would be an asset to the company.
**Requirements**:
- Matric
- Inventory Management Certificate/Diploma
- Worked on an ERP system before, preferably Sage
- Good quantitative & qualitive skills
- Team player
**Duties and responsibilities include and are not limited to**:
- Perform data entry and filing tasks
- Manage mail correspondence
- Help maintain office calendar
- Assist with invoicing
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed
- Be prepared to work overtime when required
- Follow instructions from superior
